Working with A. W. Custis Excavation, the Town of Exmore Public Works team, led by Taylor Dukes, completed a series of improvements to the playground area of the Exmore Town Park designed to keep play areas dry and safe, even during periods of heavy rain. A.W. Custis installed a new drainage system, and Public Works followed up with new curbing and layers of protective mulch. To fund this project, Mr. Dukes secured a $15,000 grant from Virginia Outdoors Foundation.
