Customers of the Town of Exmore water system were notified on December 10th, 2022 of a potential problem with our drinking water due to a loss of water pressure. We advised you to boil

any water used for consumption. We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil your water. We have flushed the system, increased our chlorine dose, and collected two rounds of bacteriological sampling to confirm our system is

free from contamination.

Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water,

especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example,

people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses). You can do this

by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.

This notice is being sent to you by The Town of Exmore.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
